OUR SYMBOL, OUR MISSION

The inspiration for Enso Wellness Center came from a shared vision: to create a mental health program that embraces the whole picture of a child's life. Our name, Enso, comes from the Zen symbol of a circle drawn with an opening. It represents the beauty of imperfection, the strength of connection, and the importance of leaving space for growth and transformation. This symbol reflects our philosophy: healing isn't about perfection - it's about progress, support, and embracing the journey.

At Enso we believe your child is not healing in isolation—we work hand-in-hand with parents, schools, and outpatient providers to ensure long-term benefits beyond the scope of the program.  This collaboration is central to our mission and supports consistent skill use across home, school, and treatment settings.

Care, the Enso Way

At Enso, no one is a stranger. Our close-knit team gets to know every child and family who walks through our doors, ensuring everyone feels supported and is working together toward the same goals.

Individualized, Evidence-Based Care: We carefully assess each child’s strengths, challenges, and needs to create a truly individualized treatment plan. Our therapists incorporate evidence-based approaches—including CBT, DBT, ACT, CAMS, SPACE, behavioral interventions, and exposure-based therapy—while closely monitoring progress, adapting care as needed, and celebrating every win along the way.

Intentional Collaboration: Support extends beyond our doors. We partner with parents, schools, outpatient providers, coaches, camps, and others in your child’s life—providing guidance, sharing consistent language, and helping ensure skills and progress carry over successfully into every setting.

Beyond Traditional Therapy:  In addition to our evidence-based therapy and expressive therapy groups, we have incorporated interactive, evidence-informed life skills groups that make learning new coping strategies and practical skills fun and engaging. These groups help young people discover meaningful interests and real-world tools they can turn to when boredom and screens take over.

Small by Design: With no more than 10 peers in each group, every child receives individualized attention, consistent reinforcement of their treatment goals, and meaningful opportunities to participate—without getting lost in a large group.
