Michael is a Serial Entrepreneur and Principal Partner at Enso. He was drawn to the mental health field after witnessing the impactful work of Rivka and Jaime, recognizing the need to amplify their mission on a larger platform. When he isn’t developing new ventures or strategic initiatives, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his three children—often in the form of being tackled.

Rivka serves as the Clinical Supervisor at Enso, bringing extensive experience supporting children and adolescents through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. As a mother of five, she combines clinical expertise with real-world parenting insight, offering a compassionate, hands-on approach that empowers both youth and their caregivers. Known for her warmth, humor, and unwavering dedication, Rivka creates an environment where growth feels not only possible—but truly attainable.

Rosella is our Marketing & Clinical Outreach Coordinator, she has a strong foundation in marketing and operations within commercial real estate. She has honed skills in strategic planning, relationship-building, and driving impactful results. Passionate about helping others, she has transitioned into the mental health field, bringing the same dedication, warmth, and hard working attitude. She thrives on building lasting connections, collaborating closely with others, and supporting meaningful growth.

Jaime is our Co-Founder and Therapist at Enso. She has more than a decade of experience in the mental health field, her career has spanned inpatient treatment, group homes, private practice, utilization management, and PHP/IOP levels of care. Having worked from the ground up, she truly has a deep understanding of the challenges, barriers, and opportunities within the system. She is a true leader of this company and our programs.

Joseph Rahman, PMHNP-BC, serves as the Medical Director at Enso, providing clinical leadership and psychiatric services to our PHP and IOP programs. He specializes in psychiatric evaluation and medication management, ensuring safe, effective, and evidence-based treatment for patients. Joseph completed his undergraduate studies at Wheaton College, earned his master’s degree from DePaul University, and completed post-graduate advanced training at the University of St. Francis. He is committed to delivering patient-centered care that supports stabilization, growth, and long-term recovery.
